We don’t just invest; we engage in dialogue with the management of the companies we invest in and keep them on their toes. Or we share with them our wealth of knowledge and offer, where needed, an alternative point of view. We call this being an entrepreneurial shareholder.
Teslin has a proven investment philosophy. We conduct our own analyses and have a good track record. We talk about ‘investing’, which is not the same as ‘buying shares’, let alone ‘speculating’. Ambitions, growth potential and a strong management team are important to us when we select our companies. Good governance and doing business with decency are also integral to our philosophy.
