Todlin

On 8 June 2017, the Todlin shareholders meeting voted for the proposal to establish Teslin Participaties Coöperatief UA (‘Teslin Participaties’). Teslin Participaties was set up in mid-June, with Todlin incorporating its portfolio of shares in Dutch listed companies in early July.

On 1 and 8 June 2017, respectively, the shareholders meetings of Darlin and Todlin voted for the proposal to establish Teslin Participaties Coöperatief UA (‘Teslin Participaties’). Teslin Participaties was founded on 14 June 2017. Darlin and Todlin incorporated their portfolios in Dutch listed companies into Teslin Participaties on 6 July 2017. To this end, Darlin and Todlin were issued shares in Teslin Participaties.

As an investor in Teslin Participaties, you are co-owner of several promising companies with above average performance that we have carefully selected and manage closely. Your investment outlook, like ours, is focused on the long term because you know that sustainable value creation requires a long-term vision. Teslin Participaties pays a cash dividend to its shareholders annually, with a policy of aiming to maintain or, preferably, slightly increase the dividend.

Secondary market

Shareholders may wish to sell their shares in Todlin. As Todlin does not buy back shares, sellers will in principle need to trade on the secondary market. On the basis of best effort, supply and demand are matched if possible. The starting point for trading is the intrinsic value, as published on the Teslin website.
